on their lunch break for $1.00EC per day. A
skill possibly inherited by his grandmother
Grenada’s own Jeanne Fisher who opened
her business ‘Tikal’ in
St. George’s in 1959. After secondary school
he moved to Canada and became drawn to
the internet and new technologies. Becoming
quite proficient with website building and
graphic design as a young man.
It was after attending College for Graphic
Design and General Business he was drawn
to a growing online business and travel
guide called Ottawakiosk.com. In 2007 the
company was about to expand nationally and
with over 50,000 users per month Ottawa
Kiosk was ranked #1 on Google for all
major local searches in Ottawa like “Ot tawa
restaurants” or “Ottawa museums” and other
Ottawa attractions. Mr. Zufelt anticipated that
local search marketing was about to explode
and took a job as a commission only sales
representative with no salary.
In 2010 he bought his own territory in
Kingston, Ontario (kingstonkiosk) opening an
office with 3 employees. Within the first year
he personally generated over $100k doing
business with the largest hotel groups and
restaurant chains in the city. He partnered with
the Kingston Chamber of Commerce and he
eventually worked his way onto the Marketing
Committee for Regional Tourism Organization.

of Quinte, Prince Edward County, Land O’ the
Lakes, Rideau Heritage Route 1,000 islands,
and the counties. A substantial region for
tourism marketing. In 2012 he jumped on the
opportunity to become CEO of the company
(CanadianKiosk.com), which now had 36
websites across Canada in all major cities
and a team of 10 people. “Being average is a
failing formula and I want to inspire people to
change their lives and the world.” Cory Zufelt
added, “ One of my personal goals is to be
in a position to sponsor Lewis Hamilton and
get our Digital Growth logo on his F1 racing
car and jacket.”
