Real Estate which is in itself very significant. When that happens we in Grenada will be able to tick all the boxes : the weather, the accessibility, the facilities and a nation that welcomes visitors. Q. Where would you advocate locating a high-end residence? In the south if you are keen to be near the main supermarkets, the airport and the restaurants and in the north if you want less noise and more privacy. Both are staggeringly beautiful and largely unspoiled environments. The key to positioning a residence in the tropics is to locate the Breeze. Do not go looking at a house at 8 or 9 in the morning; insist on seeing it at 3 - 4 in the afternoon. If you have decided to invest or live in Grenada you should be guided by Grenada rules. You’ll succeed this way – and sleep nights. Q. Yes I see that but what would you say to someone who says : “Look, this is my money I am investing and I want to invest it my way, and by my rules. OK” ? I would say : “OK. By all means. Just remember that if you get into trouble, call me - and I’ll drive you to the airport”. Q. You and George have a pretty hectic lifestyle. George is involved with broadcasting; he runs a real-time website that acts as a news wire. You are active in the Grenada National Trust (www.grenadanationaltrust.gd); you are a Hasher; you are involved with the Grenada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (GSPCA) and you serve ???? ????!??????? ????????????????????????????????????q????????? ????????????t??]???????????????????????????????$?????????????)???????????? ????????????????I?????????????????????????I????? ???????????????1???Q????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????I??????????????????????? ??????????? ???????????Q??????????????????????????????????????((???()???????????????????((0
