When we bring in perspective clients that wish to contract us to outsource their calls and services, they are able to see the people, the business itself, our leaders and our employees. Here we have the residents and the marketplace, the beauty of the ocean, the fact that they can walk off the plane and be in their hotel in 10 minutes. This in my view is a great presentation to clients, especially if they have never been to the Caribbean - they’re quite impressed when they come here.” Clear Harbor (CH) is really considered to be an outsourcer and a back office organization dealing with inbound and outbound calls. A US based cable company is their largest of four clients and a major cable company in the US. For the cable company, CH services the Philadelphia and New Jersey markets. The second client they have is a technology driven company which manufactures small round self propelled vacuum cleaners that vacuum your floors at your convenience. Their third client is a company that primarily retrieves equipment from companies that needs to be replaced for whatever reason. This company deals with many of the major brands sold in the US. CH has recently added another client that sets up and confirms service appointments for automotive dealerships in the US. Staying focused on building a really good interviewing and hiring program, Malchow feels fortunate when it comes to the types of candidates that they have for employees. Perspective employees are put through thorough assessments to determine if they possess the required language and computer skills. In addition, they have an extensive interviewing process to determine their fitability for this type of business.
