Bryan honed his skills in Los Angeles at the world renowned Southern California Institute of Architecture, while Trevor qualified at the prestigious Harvard School of Architecture. Since its inception COCOA has been at the forefront of architecture in Grenada. Over the
last decade the firm has been widely recognized for its innovative brand of tropical contemporary architecture. The work of COCOA has been featured in MACO, Caribbean Architect, Coastal Living and various other architectural publications. COCOA’s wide range of projects include work on the developments of Port Louis, Mount Cinnamon, Virgin Beach, La Sagesse Nature Center Resort, ‘Dodge Dock Bar’ at True Blue Bay Resort, Heaven and Earth Spa at the Calabash Hotel, and numerous signature villa developments and private residences. COCOA is headquartered in St. Georges, where it keeps true to its ‘co-operative name’ by sharing space, resources and creative energy with a complimentary interior architect, Ixora Design and Styling headed by Charlotte Kraemer.
