You are now at the Doctor's surgery and the receptionist has called your name. You knock on the Doctor's door and enter the room, interact with the Doctor and explain what happened to you.
The Doctor will ask you what happened, how intense your pain is and prescribe a cream. Ask how many times you need to apply the cream, how long you should apply it for and when you can play tennis again.
As you are about to leave you remember that you need a note from the Doctor for your manager at work, ask the Doctor for it.
