• Widening and deepening of the Port of Cor-
pus Christi
• Military base protection (production tax
credits and strengthening the Department of
Defense’s Siting Clearinghouse)
• The Affordable Care Act (i.e. ObamaCare)
• Reauthorization of the National Flood Insur-
ance Program (NFIP)
• Investing in infrastructure
• Federal assistance to help rebuild the Coast-
al Bend following Hurricane Harvey, espe-
cially housing, speedy response and funding
and rebuilding the local tax base to return
people to work

was held at Cheniere’s Washington office at the
historic Willard Hotel. Congressman Farenthold
and his staff were in attendance. Our host was
