Improve your employees Your employees are the frontline managers of your business’ image, so they need to be extremely competent in caring for that image. You want to concentrate on keeping your star employees – and this means offering them above and beyond the standard pay packet for their services. However, this might not mean you need to give them physical benefits. It depends on what motivates the particular employee.
