Improve your efficiency
What is the difference between effectiveness and efficiency? Simply put,
effectiveness is doing the right task, while efficiency is doing a task the right way.
To improve your efficiency, you should look at matters such as employee potential
and improving your technologies. You can also look at resources efficiency if you
operate a manufacturing or industrial business.
The good thing about efficiency measures is that they are easy to measure. If a
task takes 5 minutes and, after implementing an efficiency measure, it takes 2
minutes, you’ve improved the efficiency of the task. If it’s a daily task, it works
out to a saving of around 12.5 hours of labour over a year. You can see how
implementing efficiency measures can add up.
