Though occupying the whole block , “ dead frontage ” is kept to a minimum : the ground level is transparent and welcoming , there are entrances on all sides of the building , and visual interplay between the interior and exterior , enabled by the generous glass curtain walling , enhances curb appeal and pedestrian interest .
Vattanac Capital is not a “ corporate citadel ” like the modernist office schemes of yesteryear .
