production facilities and office located in
the Industrial Complex Zone of Brunei
Darussalam, Sincere Aluminium Works
Sdn Bhd has more than 30 years expertise,
specialising in the design, engineering,
manufacturing
and
installation
of
aluminium curtain walls, windows and
doors and glass works for building projects
at home and abroad. Incepted in 1984,
it is a part of the International Sincere
Aluminium Group, with the common
focus of service at “reasonable costs” and
“uncompromising quality”, providing
solutions that are both technically feasible
and commercially profitable for full
“customer satisfaction.”
The company has added to its
notable list of projects with the successful
completion, and timely delivery, of the
University College of Technology Sarawak
(UCTS) and Technology Park in Sibu,

Sarawak. (Note: UCTS is Sarawak’s vision
to establish a “world-class institution
of higher learning to spearhead the
development and production of technical
human resources for the Sarawak Corridor
of Renewable Energy”). The undertaking
by Sincere Aluminium Works involved
aluminium and glazing works that included
supply and installation of curtain walls,
windows, doors, skylights and Oculus
structure (circular opening in the centre of
a dome) – contributing substantially to the
building’s GBI Platinum rating.
The Sincere Approach
To this end, Sincere Aluminium Works
fabricates and installs only international
well-known and original aluminium
systems, e.g., “TECHNAL” France , as in the
case of 4-sash sliding systems in 2000 hotel
rooms (equivalent to 25,000 m² surface of
sliding system) of the iconic Marina Bay

Sands Hotel, Singapore. It is projects like
these and the Sincere Aluminium Works
approach that has earned the company
local and international recognition,
appreciation and acceptance.
