Another designer to be highly recommendable is Alexander McQueen who is now a dead. The concept of ‘death’ dominated his clothes, deepening the viewer’s appreciation of an abysmal depth. Clothes of Fall/Winter 2009/2010 Paris Fashion week were not an exception. With the apparent contrast between the red and black, his clothes revealed impending deaths of humans from their industrial wastes which has caused the environment to go awry. Stripe and check patterns further supported the distinct red/black contrast. Even though McQueen’s dresses look a bit eccentric and adequate more on a stage than on an average street, philosophy within his clothes could be shared with the multitude- clothes themselves are a form of art to deliver a particular message, and they should not be condemned for bizarreness. Adults who fear of being seen as hideous or eccentric owing to exaggerated clothes should better put their worries in their pockets and respect their own worlds of art, starting with a shopping spree to change their dull, brown wardrobes. 68
