Tyler Thomas

He is like a diamond, when pressure has been applied,, a beautiful creation is made.

He's a diamond in the rough. When making the reference “finish the play” a stellar athlete comes to mind. Standing 5’9" and 175 pounds, our very own Falcon Tyler Thomas always seems to find grit within himself to finish strong. Whether it is his natural athleticism or his sheer will power and determination, Tyler definitely creates havoc for opposing defenders.

He's been working on his skill set since the age of seven. Assuming a starting position as a running back at Bay Springs Middle School in Villa Rica, Georgia, his ability has only improved. This season alone he had 147 rushing yards, 13 touchdowns, and a total of 1,242 yards. Some might even go as far to say it is better to be his teammate than his opponent because in a sense it seems to be the only way to avoid inevitable embarrassment.

"Tyler is the type of kid, who can withstand adversity," stated guidance counselor Julynn Chandler-Williams. "He is resilient, brave, and dedicated, the true makings of a professional athlete."

Tyler's head football coach believes that he has a bright future ahead of him. "He has overcome a lot of things to get to where is," says Coach Kevin Saunders. "He exemplifies what Pebblebrook stands for and we’re proud of him."

At the feet of several gawking fans Tyler is definitely a showman.
