Permanent Court Time (PCT) & Fees
Permanent Court Time (PCT)
Enjoy the convenience of Permanent Court time, on the day
and time you have selected, for a full Indoor Season from Aug
29, 2016 through May 26, 2017. There is a 2-week extension
option from May 30-Jun 11, 2017.
Court fee is based upon the flat rate of $32/hour; junior
or senior rates do not apply. Your signed application for
Permanent Court time, on a specified day and time is
considered a binding contract, and you are financially
obligated for the court time during this indoor season.
Note: All players who participate in your Permanent Court Time
must hold a current Deer Creek Racquet Club membership
or pay a $10 guest fee each time they play. We regret that
an inability of a tennis group to coordinate its players to its
contracted time period will not allow release from
this contract.

*Phone-in reservations are accepted one week in advance for

24-hour Cancellation Policy
Any court time or private lesson cancelled within 24 hours of
the scheduled time will be charged at the regular rate.
