Room rentals available for all occasions. Reservations must be
made in-person and up to 90 days in advance.
We have special rates for not-for-profit groups (must present
proof of 503(c) status)
Winter Rental Fees:
Fees are hourly, minimum of 2 hours
$50 refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required
Preschool Room/Gym
$64/resident, $84/Non-resident
Multi Purpose Room or Jammin’ Jungle
$75/resident, $95/Non-resident
Preschool Rooms hold a maximum of 30 people
Multi-purpose room holds a maximum of 100 people.
• Rooms are available to be rented Saturdays and Sundays*
10am-4pm. Weeknights are limited.
* Sunday rentals include additional non-refundable after hours
fee: $25/hour.
• All room rentals are based on availability.
• Room rentals include room set-up with tables and chairs.
• Parties may bring in food and entertainment, excluding
animals and DJs. (Certificate of Insurance Required)
Food and drink are not allowed in the Jammin’ Jungle.

Enjoy a celebration, birthday party, rehearsal dinner,
graduation party or corporate outing.
Mon, Wed & Fri evenings 5-10pm / Sat 3-11pm.
Rental Fees:
*Three hour minimum
Resident: $250
Non-resident: $375
Additional hour: $75
$100 refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required. Rental
fees include an additional 30-minute set-up time at no charge.
A set-up time longer than 30-minutes must be included on the
rental time request.
All rentals must be cleaned up and vacated BEFORE the end
of the contracted time (10pm weekdays and 11pm weekends)
or the rental party will be subject to forfeit their $100 facility
deposit.

Seated Capacity: 45 (with tables & chairs)
Rental includes:

Reservation
Available up to 90 days in advance.
Reservation will be confirmed upon completion of contract and
payment of rental fee.
If the club is left in an orderly state, deposit will be refunded
approximately two weeks after rental. Additional fees will be
assessed if any damage is incurred by misuse of the facility and/
or property.

Optional Alcohol Permit
$195
Alcohol may be served but is restricted to the building and
deck area. A permit must be obtained 2 business weeks prior to
event and an insurance policy must be purchased.
