project transformed and improved your workout space. Come
check us out!
Get a great workout at a great price. Our bright and beautiful
facility is located right in the heart of town and offers the
amenities of a traditional fitness club and is Highland Park’s
community hub. It’s the place where you’ll see familiar faces,
where the workout is not intimidating, and where you can
chat with friends before heading out to manage the rest of
your day. Lap and Open Swim times are available seven days a

We all have blood pressure. Without it, your blood can’t circulate,
and your organs can't get the oxygen and nutrients they need to
function. Find out if your blood pressure levels are normal.

Glucose Screening | FREE
Testing blood sugar (blood glucose) is an important tool in
identifying your risk for pre-diabetes as well as managing and
preventing long-term complications of diabetes. Fasting is not
required to get an accurate reading for this screening.

Body Fat Analysis | FREE
Done with the Omron® tester. It uses an imperceptible pulse to
assess a person’s body fat level. It is most accurate for individuals
between the ages of 18 and 80.

Osteoporosis Screening | FREE
Heel ultrasound to evaluate ones risk for osteoporosis and the
need for further evaluation with a bone density screening.

Women’s Health Awareness Screening | FREE
Occupational and physical therapists that specialize in women’s
health issues are available for screening and consultation. Topics
include osteoporosis, lymphedema, pelvic health, pre/post-
partum conditions, arthritis, adaptive equipment, and hand and
arm repetitive strain injuries.

Assessment done by a licensed physical therapist. Get tested for
balance in various positions and assess lower body strength using
a functional test. Blood pressure is also checked to be sure that it is
not contributing to unsafe ambulation.

Orthopedic and Sports Injuries: Q & A | FREE
Physical and Occupational Therapists from NorthShore University
HealthSystem will be available to answer questions on exercise
related injuries as well as prevention strategies. Therapists will also
be able to evaluate shoe wear and tear.
