Learn-to-Swim
Junior Swim 2 | Ages 6-15
Swimmers float without assistance and recover to vertical
position, and learn to roll front/back and back/front. Front
stroke and back stroke are practiced, and elementary back
stroke is introduced. Swimmers learn backstroke flip turns and butterfly. Focus is on
endurance and the ability to swim 100 yards freestyle, 50 yards
breaststroke and backstroke, and 25 yards butterfly.
