fter an extensive $7 million renovation to
the 18-hole course and clubhouse, the new
Sunset Valley Golf Club opens for play late
summer 2018. The new Sunset Valley will
refl ect a unique British Highlands course design with an
openness accentuated with strategic landforms, fl owing
masses of native grasses and groves of trees which
harken back to the character and aesthetic appeal of
course’s original 1920’s era golf course architecture.
The 6,700 yard course features continuous cart paths
and multiple tee boxes accommodating every level
player. The highlight of the course is the new Signature
Hole #4 – designed as a breathtaking peninsula
surrounded by an expanded lake with natural stone
walls covering the embankment outlined with colorful
fl owering plantings.
