Getting Your Decals

Season Store and Launch Pass Decal

After registering in-person or paying online , your storage decal and map and gate access code ( if applicable ) will be mailed to you . Vessels with auxiliary power are required to display a US Coast Guard Vessel Safety Check decal before first launch of the season ( See inspections dates on page 68 ).

Season Launch Pass Decal

For Returning Boaters who purchased your passes online by May 15 , your launch decal will be mailed to you . For passes purchased after May 16 , either online or in-person , please schedule an appointment with Robyn Zullo at rzullo @ pdhp . org to pick up your decal at Deer Creek Racquet Club . Registrants must provide driver ’ s license & printed email confirmation of registration along with a copy of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary Vessel Safety Check and proof of ownership ( if not on file ) to receive decal .

Season Parking Decal *

2 . Starting May 1 , parking decals may also be purchased in-person at the Recreation Center of Highland Park and West Ridge Center . This excludes NSYC members who wish to receive the NR discount . Please see page 63 for more information . * Parking Decal is included with season storage .

Register In-Person

Applications are available online at pdhp . org to print and complete , and must be returned in-person by making an appointment with Facility Supervisor , Robyn Zullo at rzullo @ pdhp . org at Deer Creek Racquet Club . To receive resident rates , you must show proof of residency , bring your Highland Park drivers ’ license , along with one of the following documents ( which displays a Highland Park address ):

• 2017 Park District tax bill

• State of Illinois ID card

• Current automobile registration

• Copy of real estate contract .

• Current US Coast Guard Auxiliary Vessel Safety Check

• Proof of vessel ownership * The Park District reserves the right to reject incomplete or illegible registration applications submitted either online or in-person .

Season Launch Pass Fees

( includes tow vehicle parking )

Highland Park residents only , ages 65 & older are entitled to a 15 % senior discount for season launch passes . The senior discount only applies to passes 2000757-A-C . Proof of ownership of boat and Highland Park residency required . Parking violations are subject to a fine and / or possible vehicle towing

* Includes a $ 100 refundable storage fee deposit , if boat is removed prior to Oct 15 , 2018 deadline

Year-Round Storage & Launch Fees

( includes tow vehicle parking ) Imagine never having to move your boat again ! Effective Apr 30 , 2018-Apr 29 , 2019 . No refundable storage fee is required . The park district reserves the right to reject incomplete or illegible registration applications submitted either online or in-person .
