Fishermen
Due to space limitations , no one person may have more than two poles and one net while fishing at the Park Avenue facility . All fisherman who leave trailers after launching their boats must purchase a season launch decal .
PLEASE NOTE : All parking spaces are monitored by the City of Highland Park . All ticket disputes should be handled by calling the Police Department at the non-emergency number 847-432-7730 .
