Enjoy the grand finale of the Bitter Jester Music Festival ! Food vendors are on site during the concert and leading up to the aerial fireworks display at 9:30 PM , which are best viewed from Wolters Field . Eventgoers are encouraged to consider parking at Wolter ' s Field , Highland Park Hospital ’ s East Parking Lot , or in parking lots located at the Highland Park Country Club .
