Special rates for not-for-profit groups and weekly renters. Spring Rental Fees: Fees are hourly. Preschool Room/Gym Resident: $60 Nonresident $80 Multi-Purpose Room Resident: $58 Nonresident:$78 Jammin’ Jungle Resident: $71 Nonresident: $91 $20 refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required. Rooms hold a maximum of 30 people, except for the multi-purpose room, which holds a maximum of 100 people. Rooms are available to be rented Saturdays and Sundays 10am-4pm. Weeknights are limited. All room rentals are based on availability. Room rentals include room set-up with tables and chairs. Parties may bring in food and entertainment, excluding animals and DJs. Food and drink are not allowed in the Jammin’ Jungle. This room has set hours for parties. Please call for details. Community Garden Beds If you would like to harvest your own vegetables but do not have a yard, the Park District is offering raised bed garden beds available for rent! These 4’ x 8’ beds (or 3’ x 6’ ADA accessible beds) are located at West Ridge Center. Assigned beds will be available for planting on Apr 15, weather permitting. The water source/hose is adjacent to the plots; organic gardening only - pesticides and chemical fertilizer use is prohibited. All participants must abide by user guidelines as well as regularly maintain their plot and supply their own planting materials/ tools. In-person registration at West Ridge Center.
