DANCE
The Dance curriculum at West Ridge Center provides students of all ages with a high-quality and
enjoyable dance education. The program is centered on a fun and nurturing environment that allows
students to grow and advance at their own pace. Introductory classes focus on movement and
coordination. Class levels progress to a more disciplined routine of stretching and proper techniques

| Attire Fantasy Dance Days | Ages 3-5
Ballet and Contemporary Classes:
Girls wear pastel pink leotards (without skirt or tutu), pink tights
and pink ballet shoes.
Boys wear black pants, white or black shirt and black ballet shoes. Register for as many as you like! Combine dance, expression
and creativity, to become the unimaginable! Have fun, while
learning dance techniques centered on the theme of the week.
Using props, costumes, and movement, children develop
knowledge, skill and understanding of basic dance moves and
performance.

Mini Camps & Day Camp Dance Programs
Once Upon a Dance Mini Camps | Ages 4-6
Come enjoy a mini-camp experience that includes dance class,
story time, and games! You will explore each camp’s theme
through movement, stories, craft and media. Families and
friends enjoy a small showcase on the last day of class. Please
bring snack & water bottle.
