Childhood Enrichment Childhood Enrichment Programs Toddler Time Yoga | Adult/Child Ages 2-3-1/2 Breathe, move, connect! Little yogis and their caregivers meet on the mats in this fun and energetic class that promotes body awareness, motor skills, and social/emotional development while enriching the bond between child and caregiver. Developmentally appropriate yoga poses and games prove an amazing opportunity to play and learn. Breathing deeply and learning how to calm down is a game changer for little kids and busy adults alike, and doing yoga together sets the stage for a more peaceful home, smoother transitions, patience, and mutual understanding.
