Toddler Time Yoga | Adult/Child Ages 2-3-1/2
Breathe, move, connect! Little yogis and their caregivers meet
on the mats in this fun and energetic class that promotes body
awareness, motor skills, and social/emotional development
while enriching the bond between child and caregiver.
Developmentally appropriate yoga poses and games prove an
amazing opportunity to play and learn. Breathing deeply and
learning how to calm down is a game changer for little kids
and busy adults alike, and doing yoga together sets the stage
for a more peaceful home, smoother transitions, patience, and
mutual understanding. Mats are provided but participants are
welcome to bring their own. Non-transferrable registration is for
one child and one adult. Min/Max is 4/12. For more information
