Travel Junior League
Deer Creek participates in a North Shore travel league . Parents interested in their son / daughter participating must have their child registered for a JE or High School 2 class . Matches are held at local Park District facilities on Saturday evenings . Please contact Head Coach Richard Watson for additional information .

Boy ’ s and Girl ’ s 12 & under : TBA Boy ’ s and Girl ’ s 14 & under : TBA Players looking for additional opportunities to compete against other players in the Chicagoland area should consider these relatively low pressure , one night events . Win or lose participants will have an opportunity to play . Time : 6-9:30 pm . To register , parents must go to tennislink , a feature of the USTA . com site .
Deer Creek Racquet Club is a home away from home for Highland Park High School Tennis Teams
Head Tennis Coach Steve Rudman has been the Boys and Girls Coach for over 17 years . He has coached his teams to over a dozen Conference Championships and Sectional victories . There have been over 23 boys 1st Team All-State players and 8 girls 1st Team All-State players ; three State Doubles team champions and a third place team finish in 2004 . Steve was named Boys Coach of the Year in 2004 and 2010 . He will be hosting several clinics at Deer Creek throughout the year .
