RENTALS
Enjoy a celebration , birthday party , rehearsal dinner , graduation party or corporate outing .
Available : Jun 1-Oct 31 Mon , Wed & Fri evenings 5-10pm / Sat 3-11pm . Fall Rental Fees : * Three hour minimum Resident : $ 250 Non-resident : $ 375 Additional hour : $ 75 $ 100 refundable cleaning / damage deposit is required . Rental fees include an additional 30-minute set-up time at no charge . A set-up time longer than 30-minutes must be included on the rental time request . All rentals must be cleaned up and vacated BEFORE the end of the contracted time ( 10pm weekdays and 11pm weekends ) or the rental party will be subject to forfeit their $ 100 facility deposit . Rental includes :
• Main hall & fireplace lounge

• Observation deck
• Guest parking
Reservation Available up to 90 days in advance . Reservation will be confirmed upon completion of contract and payment of rental fee . If the club is left in an orderly state , deposit will be refunded approximately two weeks after rental . Additional fees will be assessed if any damage is incurred by misuse of the facility and / or property . For availability call Michele Long at 847.579.3134 . Optional Alcohol Permit $ 195 Alcohol may be served but is restricted to the building and deck area . A permit must be obtained 2 business weeks prior to event and an insurance policy must be purchased .
