Lakefront parking is limited and parking permits and/or resident vehicle stickers are required. Please refer to the following chart to
avoid a parking violation. Parking is allowed during park hours, dawn to dusk only. No overnight parking.
City of Highland Park Police Department enforced parking fine is $75 per occurrence for not having proper Park District of
Highland Park or City of Highland Park season decals or daily parking passes. No exceptions.

(A $5 Lakefront Decal is available for employer-assigned vehicles not registered in
Highland Park. Decal must be permanently affixed to vehicle windshield.)

Rosewood Beach Access
Parking and admission at Rosewood Beach is closely monitored.
Residents must show proof of residency and can park in either the
lower or upper lot. Non-residents must park in upper lot and are
required to pay for parking and beach admission (available in the upper
lot at auto-attendant).

Decal is included with season boating storage and/or
launch pass. One per boater.
How to get your Park Avenue decal:
1. For Returning Boaters who have purchased their
passes online by May 15, your parking decal will be
mailed to you. For passes purchased online after
May 16, please schedule an appointment with
Robyn Zullo at [email protected] to pick up your
decal at Deer Creek Racquet Club.
2. Starting May 1, you may also purchase decals
in-person at:
