Cardio Tennis | All Levels
A fun group activity for anyone, at any playing level, looking
for a new way to burn calories outside of the gym. This one-
hour high energy fitness program combines the best of tennis
with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body,
calorie burning aerobic workout. In one hour of Cardio Tennis,
women can burn 300 to 500 calories and men can burn 500 to
1,000 calories.
Refer a friend discount: Save $20 on your 10 class pass when
you bring a friend who purchases their own 10 class pass.
Friend must not have participated in cardio tennis during
the 2017-2018 indoor season and indicate your name during
purchase.
