SPECIALTY FITNESS – ADULTS STROLLER STRIDES First class is FREE! Stroller Strides is a total fitness program moms can do with their little ones in the stroller. Classes are taught by certified instructors (who are also moms!) and include power walking or jogging and strength training intervals using exercise tubing and the stroller. Songs and activities keep children entertained. Fitness for mom, fun for baby! LOCATION: Gallery Park (behind Park Center). In case of inclement weather, class will be held at Park Center. BOGAFIT BOGAFiT is an innovative fitness program that builds strength, deepens flexibility, and improves balance and coordination through a carefully selected set of exercises on water using the FitMAT.
