FEES & REGISTRATION
Every year the leading minds and wisest investors come to IBC. Our 1,600+ exhibitors
range from well-known brands to specialist experts, with 55,000+ attendees from the
world of electronic media and entertainment. Registration is still open. Although you
can register onsite it is highly encouraged to register online.
Minors aged 16 years and below are not permitted anywhere at IBC2017.
Your registration to the IBC Exhibition includes access to all fifteen halls and the free
feature areas of the show, including the IBC Content Everywhere, IBC Big Screen
Experience, IBC Awards, the Future Zone and more. IBC Conference registration
comes in several packages, which allow different levels of access to the thought pro-
voking sessions, as well as free access to the exhibition. To find out more about what

The RAI is one of the leading international exhibition and congress centre’s in Europe
located in the south of Amsterdam. The international airport, Schiphol, which has
direct flights to over 200 cities in 97 countries is ten minutes from the RAI station by
train.
It is also situated next to Amsterdam’s A10 orbital motorway (exit S 109) making it
easily accessible by tram, taxi and airport/hotel shuttle. For more information on these

FREE GVB PUBLIC TRANSPORT PASS
As an IBC2017 attendee, you are entitled to a free GVB public transport pass, valid
from Friday 15 September through to Tuesday 19 September. You can pick these up
from any of the RAI Information Points.
Once you have picked up your badge you can collect your free 5 day GVB public
