Half Time Report

GaGa – Style

By Pink

The opening stance was well done. She launches into God Bless America & This Land is Your Land. I like her outfit and her quote of “Liberty and justice for all.” Unexpectedly she leaps off the wall. Suspension ropes lower her to a tall platform, she is begins belting it out good. Crowd seems to love it and she has just started. While singing Poker face atop a tower like stand, red lights flash around, flairs are shot off to the rhythm of the tunes. Very nice so far.

With a spectacular leap and flip, she land on a stage of blue lines. Men an woman are in costumes with cape like vests coming from them. Whooa! Bright flashes of pyrotechnics, the crowd cheers loudly in response. She has them pumped up and into it. The blue lights flash and pulsing with the music is amplified by the smoke. You can hear the crowd chant the song with her, “Baby, I was born this way!”

Right from the get go the platforms matched each song, each stage set to enhance her brilliant performance. With a knash of teeth and chomp. Chomp hand action she launches into,” Telephone.” The energy she puts into each piece is intense and masterful. From that one she goes into, “Just dance.” I liked how she had one person hold the mic for her as she played a keytar. (A keytar is a relatively lightweight electronic keyboard (with or without a built-in synthesizer) that is supported by a strap around the neck and shoulders, similar to the way a guitar is supported by a strap. ... The instrument has a musical keyboard for triggering musical notes and sounds.) Nice touch with the gold jacket, showed off well in the pink n purple stage lights.

After a spectacular show of choreography and light show, a mass of people come out with cover hand held lights, surrounding the stage as the music slows. Giving us a million reasons to enjoy this performance, she give one performance worth that and more of a, ”Million Reasons.”

Walking down the steps she reaches out, touching ppl, hugging one lucky person as she continues singing. The lights drop and all u see are lights in a very nice display. Dancers in cream colored football attire start their choreographed steps, “Bad Romance starts up with her coming from the crowd yelling. “Let’s go! The Super-Bowl is what champions are made of!” They group up like football players guarding the one with the ball, its some skilled moves I tell ya. The part of the stage she is on rises as she belts it out like a champ herself! Jumping into the other dancer’s arms she racing down the stage she then climbs more stairs, tosses her mic, and grabs a tossed football, again plunging off. This time yelling, ”SuperBowl 51!”

I have hear and read comments that she needed to lose weight or should have stayed covered. I myself would like to see the ones criticizing to jump, leap an dance as she does! So she has a little pooch, she is a lovely high spirited lady with load of talent. She is a real woman and shows it! I call JEALOUSY! ENVY! Great performance Lady Ga-Ga! Way to rock the stadium!
