GET TO THE CHURCH
ON TIME & INStyle
BY: MIRANDA LIGHTSTONE
There are a lot of details brides and grooms need to work out on their wedding day. Flowers, music, food, location
and attire: it’s all equally important. However, the wedding transportation is often something couples leave to the
very end and something they rarely think about as being original. Traditionally, the white stretch limo is called into
play and everyone piles into it. Yet, there are countless options out there for brides and grooms to choose from.
We’ve decided to give you lucky brides and grooms a few unique transport options to consider for your big day.
HORSE & CARRIAGE
This option might not seem that original, but if you’re getting
married in the city, it is. Horse & carriage arrivals might be the

stunned-silence arrival. Magical and romantic, a horse & carriage
means you’ll also get to spend some quality time with your
partner as you clip-clop your way to the venue after photos. And
speaking of photos, a horse and carriage means you’ll also be able
to take some truly unique and fantastic wedding photos with your
wedding transportation choice.

Often, brides and grooms choose to rent larger vehicles (like
limos) to accommodate everyone in one vehicle. Party buses,
stretch Lincoln Navigators, school buses… it’s all been done.
But, there’s a way to give your bridal party (and you) a means of
transportation to your venue without piling everyone into the
same vehicle. Consider renting a fleet of unique vehicles for
each of your bridal party couples to drive and pull up in. Maybe
it will be a fleet of candy-coloured smart for two vehicles (for the
environmentally friendly couples) or MINI Coopers (for the more
daring) or even a fleet of luxury exotic cars (if you’re willing to
splurge on the big day). Whatever car you choose to have, just
