STYLE
Over the years, cars have been an important
element of a man’s appearance and a women’s outfit isn’t complete without the perfect
hairdo. Let us show you some famous cars and
hairdo’s throughout the years.

The most expensive car in the GTA game series ($10.000.000 in story mode) is the Truffade Z-type. The Z-type is inspired by the 1934
Bugatti Type 57 Atlantic.
Cars as well as hairdo’s became more extraordinary. Women were wearing their hair in a variety of curly-styles: Jean Harlow curls, the Marcel
Wave look, pin curls and finger waves were all
out there.

Luckily seatbelts were invented by this time. The Hennessey Venom GT reached a speed of 300 km/h in
13.63 seconds and is the fastest production car according to the Guinness World Book of Records.
Whilst cars are still developing, hair styles have been
regenerated in this current day and age: finger waves,
bobs and pixies made their comeback. New styles
even arose in the emo rock scene, using bright colors
and combining long and short hairdo’s.
We may feel like we were born in the wrong century
sometimes… Which year is your favorite?

One of the most known and beloved movie-cars
is the Aston Martin DB5 invented in 1963. Accompanied with a couple of gadgets, it became
James Bond’s most famous car used in the film
Goldfinger.
Also seen in this movie are the famous hairdo’s of
this time: the bouffant, beehives and the flick-up.
So Hollywood! We love it.
