Dinner
After a long day of listening
to lecturers yapping, not many
of us are motivated to get
cooking. But be strong, don’t
opt for a sneaky McDonalds but try a healthy oven
roasted veg dish. This may
sound boring but again you
can literally throw anything in.
Recipe: Chop up finely: sweet
potatoes, parsnips, carrots, onions and some meat of your
choice and put it into a
roasting dish. Add herbs of
your choice and a dash
of water and coat in olive oil. Shove the dish in
the oven for a good half
an hour at 180 degrees.
Give the dish a stir halfway
through the cooking time.
Tip: To add extra flavour add
two lemon halves, some
thyme or rosemary, a dash
of garlic butter and a coating of honey. The flavours will
blow your mind, a healthy
roasted meal all in one dish.
