Gateshead Technology Park is a 40 acre site with three modern buildings in the Northern Design Centre ( NDC ) at the Baltic Business Quarter . NDC is a hub for design-led innovation , with knowledgedriven companies working in fields such as architecture , software development , video games , digital and web technology , design , and film production . In iconic Gateshead Quays , local companies sit alongside world leaders like Oculus , Warner Music , Atomhawk , and Fueled . Gateshead is a great place to recruit a skilled workforce as it boasts 30 % more technology employees than the national average , with 47 % tech sector growth predicted over the next five years .

A new UKSPA national building contractor business affiliate
