Truly outstanding on a global perspective, the CBC continues to deliver extraordinary results for its promotional stakeholders and end user businesses. Creative Places, niche advisors on research and commercial R&D real estate delivery, has played a pivotal role in CBC’s success. Recognition of the team’s input brought them the 2017 UKSPA Award for Most Successful Project. C r e at i v e P l a c e s In the 1990s, Jonathan Burroughs, now CEO of Creative Places, played a key role R e a d o n l i n e at: u k s pa . o r g . u k / b r e a k t h r o u g h in setting stakeholder objectives with the creation of Addenbrooke’s 2020 Vision. He undertook this work while heading development and commercial agency work at Bidwells, and has remained at the forefront of the project through to today. In 2009, Jonathan and John Sommerville formed Creative Places, agreeing a partnership role, working alongside Bidwells as the project moved towards its delivery phase. In support of CBC developers Liberty Property Trust and Countryside Properties, Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and Pemberton Trustees (private landowners), Creative Places has helped bring forward the development over the last 20 years.
