BPP University - International Prospectus 1 | Page 58
Big step,
easy decision.
What is the social
life like at
BPP University?
What are my job
prospects when I
graduate?
Are the course fees
value for money?
How does BPP
University treat
students differently?
Can I work
whilst I study?
We have a vibrant Students’ Association, with a variety of student-led
and internationally-focused clubs and societies across the university.
If you can’t find the one for you, then you can even start your own
society. Whatever interests you, it’s easy to meet with like-minded
people from every corner of the world.
We have fantastic links with employers and an excellent careers
service ensuring our students have the best possible start to their
chosen career as soon as they step foot through the door.
Not only do we help to make students more employable, our
students pay less than other universities. Especially as they
include the cost of all your teaching as well as all your core
reference and learning materials - and full access to our libraries
and online learning facilities*.
It’s obvious you’re an adult, so that’s exactly how we treat you.
Our students get to learn in professional-style environments with
daily contact from their industry-respected tutors.
At BPP University we want you to graduate as a highly-regarded future
professional. So, whilst you can work when you study with us (subject
to the restrictions set out in your visa), it is not recommended as we
do not want your education to suffer.
However, we acknowledge that some students might want to work
while completing their programme, either to learn new skills or help
pay for their living expenses. During term time, full-time international
students on a programme at undergraduate or postgraduate degree
level can work up to 20 hours per week, or 10 hours per week if you
are on a programme below degree level (subject to the restrictions set
out in your visa). You can work full-time during vacation periods**.
*Full terms and conditions can be found online at www.bpp.com/termsandconditions
**Online programmes do not meet UKVI regulations for Tier 4 students.
We know choosing a university is a big step. You’re
bound to have questions or concerns. Don’t worry, our
International Admissions team will help with all aspects
of your chosen programme of study.
