We all can and we all should. When we lose love, we cry, feel sad, regretful, remorseful and are often way too hard on both our ex-lovers and ourselves, failing to understand that this test, that trial was for our greater good. That’s the great thing about self-evaluation it shows you who you can be if you trust the process that you’re in and hold to your faith that everything will be just fine. This is not about relationship do’s and don’ts , it is sharing the steps that were revealed to me for my healing and hoping that it helps you along your journey to healing, self-awareness and love. It is about finding the courage to be honest with oneself, even when it’s convenient to blame someone else. This is about understanding that growth comes in many forms, many lessons and losing love is among the best of teachers.

So if you have lost love and not sure where to start or how to deal. Be honest with yourself, be willing to fix what you find that it is broken and after you do that, maybe peace and love will make its way to you and if not perhaps it is still better to have loved and lost, then not to have loved at all.
