Pre-Party Trick: Having a salad or shake prior to going to an event will assist you in making smarter choices once you are there. Going to a party on an empty stomach makes it tougher to make healthy choices.

Drink Extra Water: Be sure to drink as least half your bodyweight in ounces of water each day. If you've been indulging, drink extra water to help cleanse out your system.

Bring a Healthy Option: For gatherings at work or hosted at home, always bring a healthy option.
