The team should never have to excuse the cheerleaders. The team needs to focus on winning.

What is a teammate? A teammate is one that most importantly shares and understands the work. A great teammate understands their position and how it fits into the championship strategy. Maybe the teammate is not tasked to do much, but when called upon, executes flawlessly. Maybe the teammate is not in on every play but in it with you on ever error. Either way they are by your side, giving you exactly what you need. They understand their role. They understand that one person cannot do it all and that every position counts. It is very easy to recognize this type of mate; he was there when you smiled, and he was there when you cried; his mission: to help you smile again.

He is encouraging, innovative, a great sounding board. He loves you. He is ALL you need to be ALL right.

My absolute favorite sport is football. I love the game. I love the atmosphere. Every piece of the game plays an intricate part of the total Football experience. At football games, there are football players and the cheerleaders. Both have very different roles and serve different purposes. But they both lend to the total experience.

Make sure ladies that you don't have someone who only cares about Touchdowns, and being able to share the spotlight with the Captain of the team (the successful entrepreneur).

Remember this, at the end of the day, the game could be won without one cheerleader hitting the field, but they won't even let you hit the field without your team. .
