BOSSY!: Mitzie, you recently styled the Empowered on a Budget Fashion Show for the StyleLuxe Beauty & Fashion Expo. How did you come to be involved in this project?
Mitzie: I volunteer at the Women In Distress Shelter as a Image Consultant. I organize field trips with the participants to the Women In Distress Thrift Store. So when Nadine Ford asked me to do the fashion show for the StyleLuxe Expo, I jumped at the opportunity. As a fashion stylist, I'm a true believer of empowering and inspiring through style.
