Brazil’s São Martinho sugar factory where Bosch Engenharia is
installing a new CVP
In July 2013 Bosch Engenharia sold their first ever Continuous
Vacuum Pan (CVP) to the São Martinho mill in Brazil. This new
CVP is vital to São Martinho’s plan to crush 10 million tons of cane
through their factory in 2014.
This will be the biggest crop ever to be crushed in one year by one
factory. The 280m3 double compartment CVP for B massecuite
will be commissioned in March 2014. This is a turnkey project,
which includes the supply of the pan, condenser, structure,
massecuite receiver, pumps, instrumentation and automation.
