Directors Appointed To Boards We are pleased to announce the following recent Director appointments and look forward to the contributions that they will add to our Boards. Steve McCarley as a Director of Bosch Holdings (Pty) Ltd Currently Managing Director of Bosch Munitech (Pty) Ltd. Steve will retain this position in addition to this new appointment. Steve is a registered Professional Engineer and Fellow of the Water Institute of South Africa (WISA). He brings many years of experience in the maintenance and operations of Municipal services and strategic business management. His forthright approach to problem solving via lateral thinking and focusing on value-add will broaden the capacity of the Bosch Holdings’ Board. Steve McCarley Paul Hamilton as a Director of Bosch Projects (Pty) Ltd Paul joined Bosch Projects in 2010 and is currently Business Manager of its Sugar Division. He is responsible for the marketing and development of business potential for Sugar factory and Agricultural projects globally. Paul has worked for many years in Africa and Internationally in operations and general management on both the Client and consulting services side. His qualifications include Professional Technical registrations, Government Certificate of Competency and an MBA. We believe that this broad experience will add significant value to the strategic thinking of the Bosch Projects’ Board.
