Bosch Capital - A new addition to Bosch Holdings
January 2014 saw the establishment of Bosch Capital. This
comes as part of Bosch Holdings’ innovative growth strategy
to provide Clients with a more holistic solution. Bosch Capital
addresses a tangible demand from Clients to assist in all
funding aspects of projects, products and new initiatives
and will guide project developers and public sector Clients
through the development process.
Since the inception of Bosch Capital, there has been a
significant uptake in the new service offering by Clients of all
Bosch Holdings’ operating companies, due to the benefit of
having an engineering and finance discussion with only one
party.
To-date, Bosch Capital has utilised the strong compliment of
four chartered accountants across the Bosch Holdings’ group
of companies in assisting project developers and other Clients
in the following ways:
Accessing grant funding for feasibility studies;
Purpose built financial models;
Structuring solutions for ring-fenced project finance
transactions;
Worked with developers through the development and
capital raising process of a project.

In addition, Bosch Capital is actively working with other
companies within the group to pursue new business
opportunities and has finalised the group’s first investment
into a renewable energy project. Further investments are in
the pipeline to promote a diversification of the group’s revenue
stream.
Jarred Roberts, a chartered accountant with banking and
finance experience across both debt and equity transactions,
will be spearheading the new company.
