13 Bosch Capital continues to grow Over the past 18 months Bosch Capital has continued to enjoy success and remains committed to assisting clients in the following areas: • Advisory: financial modelling and project structuring • Capital Raising: securing development funding and project finance • Investment: manage and invest in strategic initiatives on behalf of the Bosch Holdings group of companies Recent successes included a financial pre-feasibility on an 8MW renewable energy power plant in Kenya. This project is now quickly progressing through the project development process as Bosch Capital works closely with Bosch Projects to ensure the client receives a holistic financial and engineering solution. Other exciting initiatives are new group offerings that will provide clients with a trusted partner for all their energy requirements by integrating a bespoke technical and financial service. February 2015 saw a new addition to the Bosch Capital team in the Durban office, with Sindiswa Chiliza joining the team on a financial graduate programme managed by Bosch Ulwazi. Sindiswa has progressed well through the programme and Bosch Capital remains committed to developing finance graduates as the business expands. Jarred Roberts - [email protected] Bosch Engenharia expansion into Central America Bosch Engenharia took part in the Fenasucro Fair, which is considered the biggest technology and trade event of the sugarcane-energy industry in the world. Fenasucro is one of the most important business fairs where the major equipment manufacturers, products and services for the sugarcane industry are exhibited. The Fair exhibitors and thousands of technicians and qualified visitors can meet and talk about new opportunities and partnerships and always brings updates of the industry exhibit. The Fair exhibitors cover everything from transportation and logistics, protective equipment, storage, agriculture (including soil preparation, planting, cultivation, harvesting), industrial supplies to business related offerings. Thousands of technicians and qualified visitors are able to catch up on industry news, discuss new opportunities and partnerships and find innovative solutions. Bosch Engenharia has achieved new business opportunities in Central America by exporting sugar equipment for a renowned group based in Guatemala, which has several factories distributed between countries in Central and South America .
