It is hard to believe that we are almost midway through 2013 and it is good to pause and
reflect on a number of recent highlights within
Bosch Holdings. Despite a very challenging
construction environment, we have continued
to expand our operations globally with recent
projects in over 20 countries.
I would like to highlight the following articles in
this edition of Enginuity, which you may find
interesting:
• We are expanding our operations in
Gauteng with Bosch Projects and Bosch
Munitech joining the existing Bosch Stemele
offices. The new office will enable us to serve
our clients with a bigger team of experienced
staff permanently based in the Gauteng
Region.
• Level 8 CIDB multi-disciplinary gradings
recently awarded to Bosch Munitech are
unique within the municipal engineering
services sector, and demonstrate the
company’s capacity to undertake large
multi-disciplinary engineering contracting
projects.
• Bosch Holdings, in a joint venture with
Thabo Consulting, Thabile Consulting and
Nemai Consulting, has been appointed to
Eskom’s Engineering House – Panel B.
• Articles on current projects in South
Africa, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Guyana, Brazil,
Barbados and Thailand.
We are also very pleased to announce
that Rodger Graham has recently been
appointed as a non-Executive Director on the
Bosch Holdings Board. Rodger’s extensive
local and international experience will add
significant value to the group.

RSSC Graduate Programme grows in numbers

Bosch Ulwazi has reason to be proud of the successes
of the Royal Swazi Sugar Corporation (RSSC) Graduate
Development Programme. The programme commenced in
March 2012 with four candidates and one mentor and has
now grown to a total of nine candidates and two mentors.
planning to increase the number of graduate engineers to
eighteen by the end of 2013.
The good work done by the two mentors, Ivan Voigt and Dave
Hall, as well as the Bosch Ulwazi team, has resulted in RSSC
