Bosch Engenharia Engineering and Innovation in Action
The sugar price increase over recent years has attracted
investment into the sugar industry in Brazil. The resultant
increase in sugar production has created opportunities for
new sugar equipment and improved efficiencies. Ribeirão Preto. The Bosch CVP has a number of unique features,
which result in improved efficiency and production levels. The
performance of this CVP surpassed all expectations and has
performed well since its installation.
In 2013 Bosch Engenharia supplied its first CVP (Continuous
Vacuum Pan) into the Brazil market. The Client is one of the
leading groups in the sugar industry and the CVP is located in As a consequence of the CVP performance, the same group
ordered a second 280m 3 CVP from Bosch Engenharia in 2016.
This CVP is located in Américo Brasilense City.
Bosch Engenharia was contracted to manage the entire
project, including engineering, manufacturing, transportation
and implementation, as well as the structure, peripherals, piping
and automation. The CVP was successfully commissioned in
April 2017.
