Try to have protein at every meal, and eat this part of your meal first. Examples of protein foods include: • Pureed meat, fish, chicken, and seafood. • Low fat dairy products such as trim milk, low fat yoghurt, grated cheese. • Tofu, hummus, and puree baked beans. Remember these all need to be pureed for the first 3 weeks 47
