Team Leader, Health Records.
It took six months and two days to sort
paperwork including removing files to the
basement, and only three days of laughter,
sweat and no tears for the Health Records
Department makeover!
From the revamped Health Records department which was
blessed (thank you Ewan) and of course the sharing of kai to
celebrate our success in achieving this - we’re good to go! Staff
ensured service demand was met throughout this chaotic journey
and by Monday morning, once again the team were ready to
deliver an exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Many thanks to the team, Hospital Support Services Management
and Crown Contractors who made this happen.

The mammoth task to relocate 40,000 files back onto the
repositioned shelves has allowed better access for retrieving and
filing of hard copy notes and has created better air flow throughout
the department.
