Staff & Leaders survey – Creating our Culture
Last year , as part of ‘ Creating our Culture ’, staff , patients , their families and whānau were asked to complete a survey .
The purpose of the survey was to hear from you about what it ’ s like working at BOPDHB , and for you to tell us your ideas for making BOPDHB an even better place to work .
Some of the findings were not as good as we would have liked , however , the result gave us a programme of work which has been implemented over the last 12 months .
Now it ’ s time to resurvey to find out how well we have done in achieving our purpose statement ;
‘ That we will work together to strengthen our staff relationships by having meaningful discussions that will bring the organisation ’ s values to life and make the Bay of Plenty District Health Board a great place to work .’
