We now have 10 teams of people who not only developed creative
materials to use, but also want to be part of the implementation
process.
At the foundation of all of this work are our evolved CARE values.
We are thrilled to have the graphics and content endorsed by both
the Board and Māori Health Rūnanga. This gives us the green
light to embed our values starting with a formal launch.
By Rosalind Jackson, Programme Manager – People
and Capability Projects.
Last week, Creating our Culture took a
huge step forward as 263 members of staff
participated in workshops. The workshops
gave those attending the opportunity to
further develop leadership skills and also
build pathways to recruit staff according
to our values, learn to understand what is
inappropriate behaviour, and how to tackle it.
The workshops were interactive with the most amazing level of
creativity from each and every person. Staff designed examples of
resources which they thought would best get the anti-inappropriate
behaviour messages across throughout our organisation.
Thanks to the input from those who attended our May 2017, One
Year On reunion. With Tim Keogh’s guidance the top 10 priorities
have been agreed as follows:

Rolling out a safe pathway for inappropriate
behaviour and bullying
